  SERVICE COMMITMENT
  
  Olean General Healthcare provides quality respiratory products and services to our patients. These services include: provision of prescribed in-home oxygen, in-home sleep apnea studies, CPAP, BiPAP-S, BiPAP-S/T therapies, home ventilator programs, unit dose medication programs and oximetry testing in home or clinical setting.
  
  Olean General Healthcare's staff of community-based, licensed respiratory clinicians provide these services and accompanying respiratory products are delivered from one of Olean General Healthcare's Patient Management Centers. This includes instruction on proper oxygen use procedures and equipment operation. Patients will also receive regular follow-up monitoring from Patient Care Coordinators and Respiratory Therapists to include re-education/re-visit as necessary.
  
  As a member of The MED Group, Olean General Healthcare provides respiratory patients with local, national and international oxygen travel arrangements, which adhere to uniformly high standards of quality and service.
  
  Olean General Healthcare provides in-service presentations for hospitals, payors and affiliated physicians covering topics such as new technology developments in respiratory care equipment, new therapies and new techniques in patient care.
  
  Durable Medical Equipment
  (DME) Provision
  
  
  Olean General Healthcare provides equipment assembly, delivery and installation. Patients are instructed in the proper use and cleaning of equipment, including written instructions. When necessary, equipment trial and simulation are also provided.
  
  When requested, Olean General Healthcare's DME professionals deliver designated DME to hospital patients in their rooms and provide pre-discharge instruction on equipment use and maintenance.
  
  Olean General Healthcare also provides regular in-services on new DME products, equipment repair and maintenance and patient education and training.
